According to sources late YS Rajasekhar Reddy did a lot for people who trusted him. Hence despite getting heavy criticism from the oppositions, YSR honored his close and trusted aides with nominated posts when he was the chief minister. Meanwhile if he sees potential in any leader, he would encourage them politically and that's why still many politicians worship him.
Presently it's YS jagan who is following his dad's footsteps and a recent incident came to the attention. Furthermore on the occasion YSR's birthday anniversary, few of his close aides and supporters received surprised gifts from jagan but they were in the name of YS Vijayamma and YS Sharmila. Chetti Gangadhara Swamy who is YSRCP's secretary of visakha district's Anantagiri mandal, received one of such gifts. Reportedly it had white cotton Dhoti and shirt which was wore by YSR and also a sweet box and YSR's photo.
Moreover Gangadhara Swamy was emotionally moved by this gift and could not express his feelings in words. Apparently he thanked YSR's family for showing the affection even after the leader's death and Gangadhara Swamy also recalled his association with YSR and said the late CM will go to any extent for a friend and values friendship.
