Amaravathi sources stated that an Australian business delegation had met Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS jagan Mohan Reddy and discussed the investment opportunities in the state. Meanwhile the delegation led by Australian Consul General Susan Grace included 22 delegates from Western australia, Queensland and Victoria. Furthermore the delegates were from various sectors like mines, fuel, lithium batteries manufacturing, education, logistics and airport management.

Reportedly YS jagan Mohan Reddy assured them he would give full support that will result in the development of the industrial sector of the state. Apparently he said transparency in the governance would help in the growth of industrial sector. Further the Chief Minister expressed his interest in introduction of electric buses in the state to reduce pollution and for better transportation and the Australian delegation, which was on a two-day visit, met various ministers, secretaries and entrepreneurs.



Moreover Israeli Ambassador to india Ron Malka also called on YS jagan Mohan Reddy. Perhaps the Chief Minister emphasized on strengthening bilateral relations between Andhra Pradesh and israel for mutual but they discussed water management and desalination of sea water in the areas where supply of treated water is difficult. Malka explained how israel is re-cycling 94 per cent of its waste water and they also discussed about possible technological agencies collaborations in the fields of robotics and Artificial Intelligence. Finally the Israeli Ambassador spoke about the technology to curb cyber-crimes and Malka said he was impressed by the Chief Minister's vision and offered his help in furthering Andhra-israel relations.
