Our readers are aware that Andhra Pradesh chief minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy will be going on his first overseas trip, since assuming office in May to israel and the united states. This is a Private Visit and jagan will be accompanied by his family. jagan will be traveling to israel, retracing the footsteps of his father, YSR who went on a pilgrimage to israel after 2009 elections.


The Chief Minister is expected to visit Bethlehem, the birthplace of Jesus Christ. Reddy, a Protestant, is also expected to take a dip in the River jordan. From israel, jagan will be traveling to the united states to be present at the fall-semester commencement of his daughter at an American University. YS jagan Mohan Reddy and his party MP, Vijaya Sai Reddy was granted permission by the CBI Special Court to travel abroad.


jagan was granted permission to visit Jerusalem and America between August 1 and 25. Vijaya Sai got permission to visit malaysia, singapore, Europe, America and australia between August 1 and September 30. Both jagan and Vijaya Sai Reddy are accused in several disproportionate assets cases. They are out on bail since 2013 and their passports are submitted in the court and can not leave the country without the court permission.
