As per report it was stated that as External Affairs Minister sushma Swaraj was very popular. Meanwhile on humanitarian grounds she granted visas to many pakistan citizens who would reach india for health issues and better medication. Simultaneously sushma countered pakistan's allegations on terrorism and cross border issues.
Furthermore on that note, sushma was always in war of words with pakistan Minister for Science & technology Fawad Hussain. Hence both had exchanged heated arguments on Twitter but never crossed the line and dignity and getting to know about the demise of sushma, Fawad Hussain said he will miss the Twitter fight with her and added that she was a giant in her own right. Furthermore he then expressed his deep condolences to the family members of sushma.
Previously in March, sushma summoned the Indian commissioner to pakistan for a report on the abduction of two Hindu women. Further to this Hussain said it is pakistan's internal issue and do not intervene in it and in counter sushma said she just sought a report and why pakistan is worried for a small report. Perhaps sushma Swaraj was inspiring and defended her country yet had values and respected citizens of pakistan who would approach her for visa and definitely, she will be missed.
