Janasena President pawan Kalyan, the last month, formed a new Polit Bureau Committee and a Political Affairs Committee. Nadendla Manohar has got prime recognition in both the committees. Former CBI JD Lakshminarayana who contested and lost as Vishakapatnam MP was left out of both the committees.
Since then, there are speculations that the former CBI JD will be leaving the party. He is also not attending the party meeting since then. Now, we have learned that he along with his follower, Gampala Giridhar is leaving the party and will join BJP very soon. BJP had promised a prominent position to Lakshminarayana, we are told.
BJP is a non-existent force in Andhra Pradesh Politics. The party had just managed 0.85% Vote Share in the recent election. The party did not even manage to get its deposit back in at least one constituency. Even the Party President, Kanna Lakshminarayana could not get his deposit back. So is the case with another Senior Leader, Purandeshwari. It has to be seen if JD Lakshminarayana can change the fate of the Saffron Party in Andhra Pradesh.
