Ola experiences a rise in demand on Ola outstation, giving customers the privilege for mobile transport around the city and also travel to any destination of their choice. Last weekend Ola Outstation covered 10,000 destinations across india and over 1.1 crore km.

During the process Ola also came up with an interesting report, explaining the travel habits of the citizens. Independence Day was celebrated by 50% customers by visiting hill station and heritage sites by the citizens of delhi, mumbai and Bangalore keeping pilgrimage on the third position of 20%

Ola also said 60% of delhi customers, 74% of Bangalore customers and 66% of mumbai customers booked for Ola Outstation as a spontaneous holiday need, dedicated on the trip on the very same day of the travel.

This may be the result of the option of “Ride now” and “Schedule Ride” options given by Ola for its customers, which makes the customers trust Ola with their planned and intent travel plans.

Bengaluru to Rameswaram clocked as the longest trip of 1,825km ride, followed by Bangalore to Varkala with 1,571km ride. Ola added as the delhi to Chandi ride of 1,433 and Pune to goa ride of 1,421km as third and fifth longest rides.
