A vietnam-based airline VietJet has confirmed that it will start the flight operations to india from December. The services will start from December 6 and the flight will be between delhi to Ho Chi Minh City. There will be four flights per week.


The airline is also giving a golden days period where the tickets are just priced at Rs.9 and we can book tickets between August 20 to 22. Nguyen Thanh Son, VietJet's Vice President said, "india is one of our priority markets and important addition to our growing network.".


Currently, VietJet operates around 400 flights daily, carrying more than 80 million passengers to date, with 129 routes covering destinations across vietnam and international destinations. The airlines started their operations on December 2011 and they have already grabbed the headlines as their stewardesses are dressed in bikinis on the flights. The Civil Aviation Authority even fined as their hostesses dressed in bikinis. Starting on December 6, the New delhi-Ho Chi Minh City route will operate four return flights per week, while the Hanoi-New delhi route will operate three return flights per week starting December 7th
