Since the day of Telangana announcement land rates in Hyderabad has nose dived by over 3000 percent.This is the finding of the FAPCCI and the state government which were aired by the CM Kiran Kumar Reddy now.
CM has said that land rates which had touched the sky few years ago have now touched the bottom of the well .' An acre was quoted at over Rs.10-15 crore in 2008 and 2010 and since the T agitation began seriously it slumped to hardly Rs,.5-8 crore and now after July 31 ,2013 it is less than Rs.2,5 crore per acre in Hyderabad.
Kiran Kumar Reddy who is a ardent Samaikyawadi now is making a case that Telangana is anti development as land rates and flat rates have fallen to the ground in Hyderabad
