There is yet another event that made the Supreme Court furious with the courts of kerala and have set a very stern reminder that the Judges of kerala state should remember that they are a part of india.
These comes to the fore ground in the wake of kerala High Court giving out a judgment regarding Malankara Church case, which over rules the judgment given by Supreme Court in 2017. The apex court also gave a warning that if kerala feels that it is above the rule of law the chief secretary will be sent behind the bars for over rulings the Supreme Court’s judgment.
According to the Supreme court judgment, the prayer services have to be performed in alignment with the Constitution and guidelines of the 1934 Malankara Church. Whereas, the kerala High Court has given a judgment saying that the prayer services at the church should be performed alternately by the 2 rival factions of the Malankara Church.
