Former MLA and TDP leader who was famous for his notorious Public behavior, Chintamaneni prabhakar was arrested at his home in Duggirala village at Dendaluru. Chintameneni was on for 12 days and was involved in more than 49 cases including the attack on a woman tahsildar. The West Godavari police had formed three special teams to locate his whereabouts and arrest him.
After getting a tip-off about him coming to his residence, Police reached there and arrested him. He will be now prosecuted for various police complaints lodged against him. One of the complainants, K Venkatratnam, told West Godavari Superintendent of Police navdeep Singh Grewal that the former MLA’s aides had kidnapped him and that the police failed to take any action.
TDP leaders who have behaved as if they are gods to the People are being sent behind the bars by jagan Mohan Reddy's government. Even today while Police are at his doorstep to arrest, Chintamaneni's followers tried to imprison six lady police constables and misbehaved with them. This indicates the lawlessness of the TDP leader and his followers.
