Sources from Gorakhpur stated that in what can be termed as a bizarre incident and a quirk of fate, a woman who was on a long distance call with her husband, accidentally sat down on a pair of mating snakes, got bitten and died minutes later. Meanwhile the incident took place in Riyanv village in Gorakhpur on Wednesday.
Accordingly as per details Gita, wife of jai Singh Yadav who works in thailand, was talking to her husband on phone and a pair of snakes had entered the house and were on the bed which had a printed bed cover. Meanwhile Gita walked into the room while talking on phone and without seeing the snakes, she sat down on the bed and the snakes bit her and within minutes, she fell unconscious. Immediately her family members rushed her to a nearby hospital where she died during treatment.
Moreover when the family members and neighbors returned to her room, the snakes were still playing on the bed. Angry neighbors beat the snakes to death and further veterinary experts said that the snakes were apparently mating when the woman sat on them.
