The JAC of TSRTC employees and government appointed panel talks headed no way, JAC have decided to go on strike from Oct 5. The strike is indefinite and inevitable said JAC of RTC employees. Talks failed miserably between JAC (Joint action committee) and Government panel headed by an IAS officer, the former is reluctant to go on strike from Oct 5 just ahead of Dasara. 
     
On Wednesday panel headed by speculation chief secretary Somesh Kumar and other government appointed members met with TSRTC management including executive director. Later the JAC leaders ashwathama reddy and Thomas reddy sat considering the talks. Mr Kumar addressing the media told that, panel is looking into the matter, and also making TSRTC good and sustainable.

He further said that, report will be submitted to government. Mr. Kumar reiterated that, government is sympathetic with employees, he urged them not to cause inconvenience to commuters during Dasara. He further warned that, the government is exploring Plan B in case the strike goes on even after sustainable talks. Meanwhile, JAC leader ashwathama reddy said, the unions is firm on decision of strike even if government implement Plan B. Next meeting with unions is scheduled on Thursday.
