Two incidents like RTC strike and IT raids in Megha Engineering & Infrastructures Ltd (MEIL) in Telangana divert the attention of the public.
Social Media has played very vital role in two issues. kcr made an allegation that RTC employees are drawing 50K average per month and again doing strike for salaries. This allegation made RTC workers angry and frustration on kcr government. Every one showed their pay slip videos in Social Media and questioned KCR‘s lies. Some of them compared kcr salary to Modi’s in Social Media. Telangana CM is drawing more than double of Indian PM every month and blamed on RTC workers. Without Social Media, people are of the opinion that RTC workers are drawing 50K per month.
Last two days, IT raids are going on MEIL Companies in Hyderabad. Knowing the power of Social Media, MEIL officially released statement that all these raids are routine in our business. None of the print and electronic media dared to telecast the news of IT raids on MEIL. The similar raids takes place two months back at MyHome Group. Traditional media had maintained silence. Social Media has played very important role then and now.
