Triple Talaq law will be challenged by Muslim board

The Muslim board decided to challenge the Triple Talaq law, they said the law is destructive in nature towards Muslim women, the law doesn’t ensures justice to the Muslim women.

    The all india Muslim personal law board (Aimplb) has decided to approach the court for Triple Talaq law. According to them the law doesn’t ensures justice to Muslim women. It will destruct the women and children in the marriage, it will render the women destitute.

     They passed a resolution in regard to this matter, the working committee also criticized the Uniform Civil Code terming it as “threat to diversity”, they will oppose such laws which destruct the secular fabric of the country.

    On Ayodhya case they are hopeful of verdict getting in their favour, they reiterated that land dedicated to mosque can’t be transferred to other purposes, its not allowed under sharia law. After narendra modi government introduced the bill in the parliament, the bill was passed in lok sabha on 28 December 2017. The law was named, The Muslim women (Protection of rights on Marriage) Bill 2017.
