It is known to our readers that a few days ago, Producer prasad v potluri filed a case against tollywood actor turned producer Bandla Ganesh. As per the complaint, bandla ganesh took a loan of 34 Crore during the making of Jr NTR's Temper and defaulted on an amount of 7 Crore. Bandla has been avoiding PVP since the movie release five years ago.
However, Ganesh claims that though he had paid the full amount, prasad was demanding interest. PVP alleged that Ganesh and his men attacked his residence. A case has been filed against bandla ganesh under IPC 448, 506 sections on the charges of criminal intimidation, cheating, and trespassing.
Police have verified the claims of PVP with the CCTV Footage at his residence and served notices twice to him. But the producer has been absconding since then. Finally, Banjara Hills police managed to arrest him. Ganesh was booked for cheating earlier as well. The writer of Temper, vakkantham vamsi had filed a case against Ganesh for not paying his remuneration of Rs 26 lakhs. Bandla had a similar issue with another Hero - Producer, sachin Joshi, as well.
