It is heard that the TDP leader Ashok Gajapathi Raju and Lok Satta president and legislator Jayaprakash Narayan reportedly expressed their reservations regarding the loopholes in the Telangana Bill. Ashok Gajapathi Raju, though her agreed that a discussion on the Bill was the way forward, he also expressed the need to build a consensus over the debate. Raju added that the Telangana Bill lacks clarity on issues such as sharing of river waters. He said that improper resolution would lead to water wars in future! Jayaprakash Narayan also added that the Telangana Bill tabled in the Assembly was an incomplete one which lacked clarity on several key issues and without resolving them, there is no point in discussing the in the House. He lamented the fact there was no regarding the financial assistance and allocations which the Centre would be offering two states. Sources say there is no clear information regarding the region-wise strength of the government staff. In such circumstances, the bill is being considered as a mere eye wash!
