State politics could take new turn in this month. There is no chance for discussion on Telangana bill in the Assembly. Analysts believe that CM Kiran Kumar Reddy will go for last option. He might submit resignation as Chief Minister to the Governor. It is nothing but dismissing of the Assembly. For this, Chief Minister need not get approval from the Council of the ministers. By this Kiran will hit Congress High Command hardly.
If the Govt is dismissed, UPA may go for either President rule or will appoints another caretaker Chief Minister to the state. Kiran is trying to look after various ways to abandon the government without considering the T-bill for discussion. Sridhar Babu Issue is just part of his plan. Kiran is trying to forward the resolution of United Andhra in the house. Telangana MLAs will go for mass resignations then. By showing that cause to the Governor, Kiran dared to dismiss his Govt.
Before dismissing his own Government, Kiran wants to pass the resolution on United Andhra. By this he pushed UPA Govt into critical situation that can’t move forward on Telangana. It can’t possible to Congress High Command to go further on Telangana in Parliament. UPA is waiting till the completion of deadline (January 23rd). Kiran seems like ray of hope for all MLAs in SA. Many changes may happen in the state between Pongal and January 23rd.
