Shocking and surprising moments that were happened in TDP Politburo meeting at CBN house today. TDP politburo meeting is conducted for the selection of its two candidates for Rajya Sabha election. Nandamuri HariKrishna was resigned for his membership against the CWC decision on Telangana two months back attend the meeting at CBN house. Seethayya hadn’t attended the party meetings in recent past. CBN has comes to conclusion on one seat to Kapu Community from West Godavari district.
Thota Seetha MahaLakshmi who is the President of TDP (WG) will be selected as one candidate. CBN asked her to come to HYD immediately to submit nomination papers tomorrow. CBN discussed with the leaders on finalizing second seat either it is Garikapati or Motkupalli. Motkupalli has more chances as second candidate. Leaders believed that Motkupalli candidature will give additional strength to the party in Telangana. CBN has planned to field SeethaMaha Lakshmi will be the candidate for Narsapuram in 2014 general elections. Final list will come out from TDP in late night.
Congress has announced 3 members KVP, MA Khan and TSR for the election of RS. All of the three would get extension of another 6 years term for RS. TSR get Rajya Sabha Membership thrice in a row.
