AP CM Kiran Kumar Reddy has been facing flak for most of his strategies which has failed off late but on the last day of AP Assembly session, it was Kiran’s show all the way. He has finally achieved what he has been planning for all these months.
The issue is the crucial Telangana bill. The speaker completed the process just within two minutes and read out CM Kiran's resolution rejecting Telangana bill and its current form which according to him is flawed. This was seconded by many in the Assembly.
The speaker Nadendla Manohar read out the bill and called for voice vote and as per YES which was more than NO's, he said the house rejected the assembly which will now be sent to the President Pranab Mukherjee.
After the bill was defeated, CM Kiran was seen leaving the assembly shouting slogans of Jai Samaikhyandhra and with a sense of pride that what he planned was done finally! What now remains to be seen is how the Congress high command is going to react to this.
