Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy  today  said that  2014 elections  could be the best  referendum or consensus  for bifurcation of the state . He told reporters at his camp office on Sunday that  assembly  resolution on T Bill  was not just a white paper , but  an  Brahmastram on bifurcation of Telangana . 'Resolution has by voice vote  rejected  the  T Bill and sent it back  ' said. Kiran Kumar Reddy  said  I also worked as a speaker and know that  all resolutions are passed in the past ( even the merger of Hyderabad state with Andhra state)  by voice vote only '. He said if the centre and some leaders say that the resolution has not been valid on the T Bill, why are they all scared  so much . 'Even  the Lokpal bill and food security bill were passed by voice vote only '. I had promised that  the T Bill will be defeated in the assembly  and I have fulfilled  it ' he said . Chief minister said  if the centre could wait for another  two months , the validity of my stand that  ' future of state is important' and support for united Andhra , would  be very well amplified in the forthcoming elections . he said I am confident that the President will take note of the views expressed by the AP assembly .'I have also sought an appointment with the President to explain our stand and our commitment. President has to take note of the fact that the T Bill has been rejected by both the AP Assembly and the Legislative council  as it did not have any  annextures on financial memorandum, objects and reasons  etc .
