The manner in which a neutral outsider looks at the Telangana process, no doubt it looks more of anti Seemandhra than Pro Telugu people. Even after six months of declaring its intention to grant Telangana statehood, there is no clarity over Seemandhra capital.
Even after receiving many brickbats regarding its intentional negligence over Seemandhra, there was no change till recently about GOM's attitude regarding any benefits to Seemandhra.
But now with BJP raising its ante over 'justice to Seemandhra' as a way forward for supporting Telangana bill, there are media reports that there will be some amendments to T-bill which includes special package for R'seema, international airport for Seemandhra capital and tax holiday for ten years for new state.
Those who are observing these developments say it looks like few biscuits are being thrown at Seemandhra which may cut no ice after so many insults, that too during the climax stage!
