NDA will promote TDP President CBN as its choice when BJP fails to cross 200 MP seats in coming general elections. It’s an unexpected political development raise many eyebrows. CBN is considered as Dark Horse of NDA and will emerge after the elections over. This is the Plan B of BJP in next general elections.
Though he joined in NDA, CBN has continued to maintain his personal and cordial relations with all third front allies like Sharad Yadav(JD(U)), Bardhan (CPI), Karat (CPM) and Mulayam (SP). BJP is strongly believed that CBN has capable to maintain all these leaders to support NDA to form the Government. BJP leaders internally discussed that it will be difficult to lead coalition government without having CBN. CBN’s Prime Ministerial Candidature was strongly projected by the camps who opposed Modi’s candidature.
Already rumors spread that CBN will contest for Parliament in coming elections. CBN is very much interested to play vital role in Centre Politics. There is speculation that he will contest either from Malkajgiri (Telangana) or from Hindupur (Rayalaseema) as MP. Telangana TDP believed that contesting from Malkajgiri is giving big boost-up to the party in the region to fetch more Assembly Segments in twin cities. TDP cadre is happy with this news. If it really comes to true, who will lead TDP in state.
