Chittoor MP Siva Prasad got himself a new avatar and turned into a snake charmer for sake of Samaikyandhra though much to amusement of his fellow MPs in the parliament.
The TDP MP, known for his novel protests and attires, dressed himself up as a snake charmer, in a bid to attract attention to the protest against the bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh. His previous avatars included dressing up as Lord Krishna, Narada Muni, Santa Clause, among others.
