It is known news that Karimnagar MP Ponnam Prabhakar took up the mantle of Telangana movement as the head of Telangana Congress MP's forum and was very much vocal in attacking Seemandhra leaders over Samaykhyandhra. Some of his statements had no rhyme or reason but were pure offensive.
He cultivated a sense of too much rivalry by attacking CM Kiran regularly and was seen trying to take maximum political mileage from his Pro-Telangana image. It was a clear indication to the people in his constituency of what he was aiming for.
Recently with Kiran attacking Congress leadership's decision to grant Telangana, Ponnam emerged enemy number one to CM and said that in case Kiran comes to Karimnagar district to inaugurate an irrigation project, he will blast the CM's helicopter.
Yesterday Ponnam suffered severely when Lagadapati used pepper spray in Lok Sabha and he was rushed to hospital where he is still suffering as he already has Asthma. Now Samaykhyandhra agitators are saying that attacker of CM helicopter is now down due to pepper spray!
