'Match is not yet over till the last ball is bowled' phrase is popularised by Andhra Pradesh CM Kiran Kumar Reddy. Being a cricketer CM Kiran used to deal even political problems with cricket terminology.  Kiran when Union Govt prodded by Congress President Sonia Gandhi decided to divide Andhra Pradesh to form Telangana, said he is a batsman and will play each ball according to merit and not try to hit every ball to six. Later when the bill was sent to the assembly he bvecame a bowler and spoke about the last ball.  When he defeated the bill in the assembly and sent it back to the President, everyone hailed him for his superb last ball. However the ball turned out to be no ball,as Centre thrashed it for a six, as the telangana bill was passed in Loksabha today. Now the scores looked like tied, and with the bill coming to Rajyasabha, it is a formality that Kiran looked to bite dust.  This shows Kiran failed in all departments, as a bowler, batsman and finally as a captain. It has to be seen will he resign from his captaincy as Chief Minister or Congress will give him long rope as captain for successfully enabling it to pass telangana bill.
