In Bhiwandi, a 23-year-old woman was slashed by a prostitute named Ruby Munshi and her team Alam and Alfjal. Ruby trapped women from different parts of Gujarat with the help of her team. The team member Alam attracted the victim that he would marry her and brought her to Mumbai. He sold the victim to Ruby for 30,000.
Ruby tortured the victim because she did not turn up to do this work. So the team slashed the woman’s breast and her other private parts. The city ppolice knew about the incident after the survivor was admitted into the Indira Gandhi memorial hospital. The victim lodged a complaint against the accused saying that she was been tortured and slashed terrifically by Ruby due to the refusal of doing prostitution.
The city police reported that after knowing about the tragic incident they immediately caught Ruby and handed over to the court. The court has remanded her till march 25th.
