Union Minister Killi Kriparani defended Congress decision on bifurcation of the state. She was also participated in SA Congress Leaders Bus tour. She sent feelers to the Congress High Command that she wouldn’t join in other parties. But political situation is different in the Srikakulam district. Killi has not involved at any stage in the Municipal Elections and MPTC & ZPTC. She didn’t respond to the phone also.
Her husband Doctor’s Cell Convenor Killi Ramohan Rao’s political strategy is confused to all political parties in the district. There is lot of buzz from Congress cadre that couple will leave the party at any time within week. Reportedly, Killi couple has not field candidates from Congress in local body elections in Tekkali Segment. This raises many doubts on their existence in the party. Killi couple has defended their decision that TDP will benefit by the split of votes.
And some of their supporters have joined in YSRCP.
They have planned to contest from Tekkali Assembly Segment after they joined in YSRCP. As per latest buzz, that some of his followers got B-form in MPTC and ZPTC elections in Tekkali and Santhabommali Segments. Killi followers are the candidates for YSRCP in four mandals. Duvvada Srinivas is existing in-charge for YSRCP in Tekkali. Both Killi and Dharmana are political enemies to Duvvada. This will be severe jolt and rude shock to Sonia Gandhi.
