TDP President CBN is busy in finalizing TDP candidates in Guntur district. He is in calculation caste and community-wise for final list in the district. Narsarao Pet and Sattenapalli Assembly segments are strong communities in palnadu belt. CBN wants to shift Kodela from existing Narasarao Pet to Sattenapalli in this election. Kodela Siva Prasad Rao who won Narsarao Pet Assembly Segment five times was lost in 2009 elections due to moving of native mandals to Sattenapalli Segment.
Kodela Siva Prasada Rao had convinced TDP cadre in Narasarao pet on his contest from Sattenapalli. This change generates political heat among Telugu Yuvatha leaders in Sattenapalli. Malleswara Rao followers ransack TDP office in Guntur. In part of the alliance, Narasara Rao Pet might go to the BJP. BJP has no right candidate in Narsarao Pet to counter YSRCP and Kasu (Congress). CBN has planned to give this segment to BC section.
Narasarao Pet TDP candidate Rayapati enters into the scene and gave ultimatum to CBN to field KAMMA community candidate from Narsarao Pet Assembly Segment. Kamma and Reddy war exists in palnadu belt. Both have equal share of votes in Narsarao Pet MP and MLA segments. It doesn’t matter for Rayapati whether BJP or TDP in Narsarao Pet. Rayapati wants KAMMA candidate in this segment to won easily. Yedlapati Raghunath Babu will be the candidate from BJP in this segment. In Sattenapalli, YSRCP candidate Ambati Rambabu has to face mighty Kodela.
