Industrialist Potluri Vara Prasad who tried to contest as nominee from Vijayawada Parliament is finally leaves the ground. Defiant PVP has tried for Vijayawada MP Ticket till yesterday. TDP and BJP alliance break-up news raised the hopes of PVP to contest as Parliament. At one stage, PVP has planned to field as an Independent but Pawan denied giving support to PVP.
PVP joined in YSRCP and interested to contest as Vijayawada MP but due to differences with YS Jagan he came out from YSRCP immediately. After that PVP met TDP President CBN and request him for Vijayawada Ticket. CBN turned down his request. From then he closed with Pawan Kalyan for Vijayawada Ticket. Pawan made a call to CBN in this regard. CBN told “there is no meaning of fighting with Jagan if we assign TDP ticket to PVP.”
BJP high command has planned to field Purandreswari from Vijayawada if alliance between TDP and BJP breaks on any case. Purandreswari made a call to PVP not to field as an Independent from Vijayawada. Later, BJP leaders also discussed with PVP and assured to facilitate any Segment other than Vijayawada. PVP denied moving other than Vijayawada. Pawan assured PVP on MLC soon after NDA comes into the power. Finally PVP climax ends peacefully for both BJP and TDP.
