Industrialists who are very rich find it quite easy to enter politics and irrespective of any party, they find acceptance because such guys are ready to fund others too apart from contributing well for party fund.
The political analysts say this is the case with Raghurama Raju and Potluri Vara Prasad. While Raghu Rama is the grandson of noted veteran industrialist Sirish Raju, PVP owns his business empire in both AP and Tamil Nadu.
PVP moved from YSRCP to TDP and finally Pawan Kalyan for an MP seat from Vijayawada while Raghurama moved from YSRCP to BJP through TDP patronage. Babu tried hard to convince BJP to give ticket for him while Pawan tried hard to accommodate PVP with TDP.
But luck doesn’t seem to have favored for them in a season where anyone with money bags could easily enter and win in politics! This goes to show how politics has become a mere business opportunity than a field of public service and people welfare.
