TRS President KCR has filed his nomination both for Assembly and for Parliament. KCR has selected Gajwel Assembly Segment to become first Chief Minister of Telangana. It’s in Medak district. KCR’s so called farm-house exist under this segment. There are around 2.41 lakh voters exist in this segment. Most of them are Urban Voters. From Congress its Narsa Reddy is contesting and Vanteru Pratap Reddy is the candidate from TDP.
TDP was performed well in last year Village Panchayat Elections. TDP has strong cadre in the segment. KCR took risky decision on selection of Gajwel. He has received strong resistance from TDP nominee Pratap Reddy. Pratap Reddy as build his network throughout all villages in the segment. He has very good relations with all people in the villages. BC voters support to TDP and Dalit voters’ angriness towards KCR helps Pratap Reddy. The only drawback against him is TDP policy on Telangana.
TRS starts canvassing that TDP is against for Telangana. KCR is trying very hard for his success. TRS leader Harish Rao is working for KCR’s victory. There is common belief that KCR can’t available to the people after the elections but Pratap Reddy attitude is complete different to KCR. Pratap Reddy has cleverly planned CBN meeting at last day of the completion of the campaign in Telangana.
