Subbarami Reddy, Nandi Yellaiah, Mohammed Ali Khan, T. Ratna Bai and K.V.P. Ramachandra Rao — such two the Chairman of the Council of States may determine by draw lots to have been elected to fill two of the seven seats allotted to the State of Telangana and the other three sitting members shall be deemed to have been elected to fill three of the eleven seats allotted to the State of Andhra Pradesh. The Congress stands to loose most of the members from the State as it has no numbers in either state to get any of its candidates elected to the Upper House.
