A chief travelling ticketing examiner (TTE) working with South Central Railway (SCR) was reportedly arrested when he tried to kill the family members of the former AP Olympic Association president Venkatram Reddy by planning to release poisonous cobras at his son Amarjith Reddy’s house at Vittalwadi in Narayanguda. Narsing Rao reportedly confessed to police that he plotted against Venkatram Reddy as he had cheated him and collected two lakh rupees to make Narsing Rao the secretary of the AP Boxing Association but Venkatram Reddy didn’t return money or give him the past and died last year. Sources say he planned two earlier attempts to kill Amarjith Reddy's family by releasing snakes into his house after which the family placed CCTV cameras suspecting that someone was wantedly releasing snakes at their home. On the fateful night, the family members and other locals were reportedly alert and the culprit who had brought snakes in a chocolate box released it. The police found that Narsing Rao took the help of a guy called Raju in purchasing cobras who catches them near railway tracks and which reportedly become too ferocious when confined to a box.
