YSRCP President YS Jagan made a personal appearance first time after the general elections in CBI court. He along with other former ministers appears (Sabitha, Dharmana and Mopidevi) before CBI court. CBI court starts hearing in quid-pro-quo investments involving YS Jagan will commence from July 21st. CBI charged 10 Charge-sheets in this case. CBI will take up first Charge-sheet on Aurobindo and Hetero industries.
CBI asked two parties to ready for hearing on July 21st. CBI Judge directed opposite parties councels for their arguments. Jagan counsel Ashok Reddy made an appeal to the court that arguments of both Jagan and Vijay Sai Reddy would hear in last of the case. Accused of all 10 Charge sheets have attended in this case. All political leaders, industrialists and IAS officers have made their appearance before the CBI Court.
As per CBI staff, this is the first time to present all at one place in this case. Modi would likely to ask Apex Court to fasten the corruption cases against representatives in the country. As per Modi recent statement, people are eagerly waiting on this case. What will happen on future of YS Jagan?
