TDP is moving towards capturing of Legislative Council Chairman. Party opened the doors to invite Independent MLCs and other party MLCs in this regard. Legislative Council has total of 50 member’s strength. As per current scenario 9 vacancies have left out. TDP has strength of 9 MLCs after 11 Members joined in TDP, its strength reached to 20. Election will take place for Chairman of Legislative Council on next week of this month.
TDP has planned to bag Chairman of Legislative Council. For that, TDP intentionally asked to 3 MLCs to absent at the time of the election. That’s enough for TDP to win Chairman of Legislative Council. If Congress and YSRCP join hands for the Chairman, TDP would face tough situation to win Chairman. If that will happen it would become another political weapon to TDP to lashed out relation of two parties. YSRCP is not dared to join with Congress at this time.
TDP has kept this news till the last minute without any leakages to the media. Both Congress and YSRCP have shocked yesterday. Shaik Hussain and Gaade Srinivasulu Naidu who made election campaign to YSRCP in recent elections also joined in TDP. There are rumors that YSRCP spokesperson Jupudi will also joined in TDP. TDP has declared Independent Chaitanya Raju as its candidate for Deputy Chairman of the Council. TDP failed to give justice to Kshatriya Community in any posts. By nominating Chaitnaya Raju as Deputy Chairman, TDP would satisfy that Community.
