KCR-led Government of Telangana is going hammer and tongs against the illegal buildings, which have come up on Gurukul Trust lands in hi-tech city area.
The TRS party is facing criticism that the government is only targeting lands of common man and is not bothering much regarding lands and buildings owned by influential Seemandhras.
Now not very far from where the demolition drive is going on, sources say that Film star Akkineni Nagarjuna owns a commercial building and he earns a rent close to One crore per month.
There are now speculations whether KCR will touch his property. If he doesn’t, then he will face allegations from Telangana society of showing bias and if he does, then Seemandhra biggies will up the ante of being subjected to witch hunt in Hyderabad.
