As we said earlier TDP’S operation Akarsha which was successful at Andhra Pradesh was backfired at Telangana and one more prominent leader of Telangana was lured by TRS. According to most trustable sources, it is learnt that a senior TDP leader and ex-minister Tummala Nageshwar Rao is likely to join TRS Party.Tumamla has been reportedly keeping himself away from TDP affairs over a period of time.  Compare to other nine districts sentiment of Telangana was reportedly less in Khammam district where the dominance of Kamma people observed. So TRS is taking steps to establish its base in the district in which TDP holds good sway over decades. So, by inviting Tummala Nageswara Rao into their party, TRS is planning to make their vote bank strong. It is said that, TRS offered MLC post and a Ministry to Tummala. He may introduced to the cabinet when the expansion have been taken.  From the other end, the TDP cadre at once shocked to know these recent developments and reportedly sent a few leaders to pacify him. From the other end, TRS has been thinking about the representative of the community to which Tummala belongs, to strengthen the party in Khammam district. If all goes expected TRS will have a good time in Khammam district as well.  With this news, TDP alerted and sent their aides to Tummala, but it seemed too late for them.If it happens Tummala will be the first Kamma leader to get cabinet berth in telangna.Even the news turned as shocker for TDP some people belonging to the community reportedly feeling happy as their dominance started in Telangana too.  He once served the State Government of Andhra Pradesh as a minister for Heavy Water Irrigation Projects and Excise as a ruling party member under Chandra Babu Naidu. He was elected thrice to Assembly from Sathupalli Constituency as Legislative Member. Tummala has longtime rivalry with TDP senior leader from Khammam-former MP Nama Nageswara Rao and that forced him to shift loyalities.
