State Apex court put hold on KCR’s speed on his land haunt in Hyderabad and Ranga Reddy Districts. KCR Government was dared to rage all illegal constructions in Ayyappa Society in the name of taking back Gurukul Trust Lands. KCR quickly concentrated on APNGOs 189 acres of land assigned by then Chief Minister Kotla Vijaya Bhaskar Reddy. Today High Court ordered Telangana Government to maintain status quo on APNGOs assigned land and also ordered to file Counter petition within 4 weeks. TRS government can’t take back these lands until the clearance legally from High Court. And second one is powers of Governor as Under Section (8-A) in the Act. AP Chief Minister CBN was wrote a letter to Prime Minister on extension of more powers to the Governor. CBN has believed that Governor should have more powers to protect property and liberty of Andhra People living in Hyderabad. Telangana Chief Minister was objected such move and asked TRS MPs to raise the issue in Parliament. As per latest buzz, that BJP Government agreed the opinion of CBN. Reportedly, Union Government ordered Telangana Government to transfer law and order subject to Governor immediately. Since Hyderabad is common capital for 10 years, joint policing necessary for both states.
