Each person has one set of obsession. For example, releasing white papers on Congress rule is the current obsession of TDP boss Chandrababu Naidu, and then it looks like the YSRCP boss Jagan’s obsession is to have his photo.
Even during the election campaign, Jagan had repeatedly mentioned that just like how his father’s photo today adorns the households of many in Andhra Pradesh, he wants his photo be affixed also.
There may be nothing wrong with that as a matter of principle, but even during the recent much delayed meetings regarding the assessment of the defeat of YSRCP, Jagan has been reportedly harping on the same.
The party cadre was hoping that they would be able to reveal the actual reasons for defeat to Jagan but they are upset that Jagan, instead of addressing the root cause and finding solutions to them was always speaking about how in 2019 he would come to power, stay in power for 30 years and then his photo would be displayed by poor families in their home!
