Thota Narasimham had contested unwillingly as TDP nominee and was elected from Kakinada.
In the same way, Vanamaadi Venkateswara Rao won from Kakinada Urban over YSRCP Nominee Dwarampudi Chandrashekar Reddy. Both MP and MLA jointly participated in the rally after their victories. Kakinada Mayor Election caused differences between Thota and Vanamaadi. Thota shifted his family soon after his victory in Kakinada as MP. As per buzz, Thota seeks to propose his wife Thota Vani as Mayor Candidate.
This causes irritation to the Kakinada TDP cadre. How Thota proposed his wife for Kakinada Mayor? Vaani got fame after she did fasting against the division of the state in Kakinada. He was tried TDP ticket for his wife but CBN denied offering her. Thota Narasimham tried another political chance for her wife. Vanamaadi objected Thota proposal and brought Thota intention to Nimmakayala Chinarajappa. On other side, Dwarampudi is trying to utilize TDP differences in Kakinada Mayor Election.
