Recently there was an event which has reportedly stunned everyone. The rivalry between two media groups Sakshi and Eenadu has reached such levels that even the readers have started feeling unsavory.
Eenadu has recently completed forty years recently and sources say that along with other key figures in media, one expensive sweet packet also made its way into Sakshi media group for YS Bharathi, Jagan’s wife.
In return, Bharathi also expressed her wishes saying that they are good competitors. At a time when Andhra Pradesh is at crossroads, this bonhomie is being welcomed. There are speculations that Eenadu is planning to lay off much of its staff soon.
And to ensure there is no adverse coverage of rival group for redundant employees, Eenadu wanted to buy peace. At the same time Sakshi is also seeking such a return favor as and when it plans for some downsizing soon.
