Byreddy Rajashekar Reddy is different politician in Rayalaseema. Everyone fighting against the division of the state, Byreddy demands for separate Rayalaseema. He formed RRS (Rayalaseema Rashtra Samithi (RRS) in Tirupathy and started his agitation for separate Region. All the sudden he was disappear just three months before the general elections. Police suspected Byreddy in murder case in Nandikotkur.
Byreddy Seshasaina Reddy was elected as MLA from Nandikotkur in 1978, 1983 and 1990 elections. Afterwards his political legacy transferred to his son Byreddy Rajashekar Reddy in the Segment. Byreddy was elected as MLA in 1994 and 1999 elections as TDP candidate. But he lost the election in 2004 and shifted to Paanyam after Nandikotkur turned to be reserved segment.
He lost the election in 2009 from Paanyam. Byreddy left the TDP and started his own party RRS for separate Rayalaseema. His son Siddhartha Reddy was arrested in murder case. Both Byreddy and his father escaped to underground to avoid the arrest. His wife and daughter run the party but failed to impress the people. As per the sources, Byreddy will soon join in TDP after come out on bail.
