There are reports that the 21st additional chief metropolitan magistrate of Hyderabad, who is currently hearing the Satyam scam case and also for nearly six years, had declared on Thursday that the court would be pronouncing its final judgment in what is considered as the sensational corporate fraud case on December 23rd, 2014.
However the judge also reportedly added a rider that in case if he is unable to complete this task by that day, he would be taking some more days to pronounce this verdict due to the voluminous records involved.
With the Hyderabad court now reserving its judgment, the trial in this case, considered the biggest corporate fraud ever in India, would be considered completed inspite of some last minute submissions from the accused side.
B Ramalinga Raju, the disgraced chairman of Satyam Computer Services , his brother and MD B Rama Raju; and other important personalities such as Suryanarayana Raju, CFO Vadlamani Srinivas, S Gopalakrishnan and Talluri Srinivas; G Ramakrishna, D Venkatpathi Raju and Ch Srisailam would be having their fate sealed.
