A truly proud moment to every Indian, I say. Because our Prime Minister , Narendra Modi has finally reached an international platform with the recent release of the 'World's Powerful People'. He was ranked 15th just within a few months of his rule. So, can we expect miracles from him after 5 years? Well, the Forbes Magazine that has been true at its rankings ever, declares Modi to be the World's 15th Powerful Man. However, the first place was given to Russian President Vladmir Putin and following him the second was given to US President Barack Obama.  Forbes revealing the name of Modi says "India's newest rockstar doesn't hail from Bollywood. He is the newly elected Prime Minister who sailed into office in May with a landslide victory, ushering the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) into power after decades of control by the Gandhi dynasty."  Forbes also quoted, "Modi is credited with massive reconstruction projects in his home state of Gujarat. His administration promises to bring economic rejuvenation to other beleaguered parts of India. The world is as impressed as the citizens of India: So far he's toured the US and China and met with his Southeast Asian neighbours." So, this is the first time Modi has come into an international focus and within no time proved himself the powerful by pushing even others back. From India, Reliance Industries chairman Mukesh Ambani was ranked 36th, ArcelorMittal chairman and CEO Lakshmi Mittal stood at 57th and Microsoft's Indian-born CEO Satya Nadella bagged 64th. So, among the 72 powerful people, we have four hailing from India itself. What can be much proud moment than this?
