He has declared that companies which want to invest in AP need not require any clearances. They need not consult any officials for any certificates and permissions declared the CM of AP. This was when Chandrababu has been portraying the resources and facilities available in AP to bring in investors during the World Economic Summit in New Delhi Thursday. However, this seems to be a masterplan to flood investors relieving of a tension of clearances. Speaking in the meeting, once the companies are interested to invest, they can do it the online system and get their clearances.  Babu also announced his idea of setting a board called as State Investment Promotion Board which safeguards rights of every investor and work for their rescue. However, thinking of all theses Ragahvulu, the CPM leader has told that Chandrababu is not thinking about farmers and again concentrating on the IT sector only. It seems Raghavulu wants to know the actual intention of Babu about his plan for capital. Will Babu respond to him?
