While the existing depression in the Bay of Bengal may be fizzling out, sources say that a much deadlier Hudhud type cyclone seems to be brewing near the Andaman Sea at the same spot where Hudhud took birth if one can believe the predictions of Met experts are anything to go by. And if these predictions are indeed true, then the city of Visakhapatnam and its surrounding districts, which are recovering slowly from Hudhud's hammering, would be bracing for one more cyclonic storm in November third week. The India Meteorological Department's (IMD) bulletin says that the existing depression, located 690 km southeast of Visakhapatnam, is expected to be moving northwestwards before turning into a deep depression by Thursday. If the new cyclone comes through the same track which Hudhud followed, then this could be moving towards Visakhapatnam. And if that happens it is going to be a very severe blow to all the relief and revival operations happening in the steel city.
