It looks like former Congress senior leader Kanna Lakshmi Narayana who has gone into BJP hasn’t jumped only for name sake but is also working actively to make BJP strong. And he seems to have focused on the stronghold of the YSRCP.
Sources say that Kanna is using his contacts with many YSRCP MLAs of Cuddapah when he was the Congress in charge for this key district. There are reports that Jagan’s MLA Aadi Narayan Reddy is unwilling to take up his orders.
News is also arriving that Mysura Reddy has started hinting fence crossing. With so much happening, Kanna is reportedly finalizing negotiations to pull them to his side. Sources also add that BJP wants to get maximum MLAs here into the Lotus party.
This is happening so that it can emerge as a major force in Rayalaseema by 2019 general elections. If all these strategies work then it is going to pose a threat to the ruling TDP which is an ally of the Saffron brigade. Let us see how Kanna’s plans work.
