AP Chief Minister has planned to move the state governance by June this year. CBN ordered his team to work even in Temporary offices. CBN decided to form not only new capital even temporary capital of Andhra Pradesh in Guntur district. Temporary capital is likely to be in Mangalagiri. New and temporary Secretariat will be built in Mangalagiri. Minister for Municipal Affairs Narayana has already selected the place in this regard.
Temporary office will be constructed in 5 lakh Square feet area by the end of this June. Government seeks to provide basic amenities and infrastructure facilities like water and electricity to temporary office. This will be constructed with free Fabricated Framed Technology and Designs are getting approved and tenders will be completed.
AP Government will work from temporary offices till the completion of new capital in Tullur. AP DGP office will be located in SE Bungalow of Irrigation department in Governorpet, Vijayawada. Currently, this place is considered as Officer’s club. DGP Office, Irrigation Department and Officer’s club exist in 7062 Sq. ft. in one place.
