The Guardian is the most popular national daily in UK. It’s surprise that Guardian wrote an article on AP’s new capital in its business column. Guardian expects that the construction of the new capital in AP in 7,235 square kilometers which is enormous and stupendous. The daily calculates the AP capital will be 10 times of the size of Singapore’s. Guardian expects that estimated cost of the construction of the capital is $16.5 bn (One lakh crores). The Guardian praises AP Chief Minister CBN in its article. CBN was put Hyderabad on global IT map. He is the reason for establishing software Company Microsoft in Hyderabad and new AP Capital also has developed in focusing IT. Guardian praises that Singapore is the right country to come to an agreement with AP Government on construction of the New Capital. Guardian praised that Singapore has capability in building new constructions and the country also trained local officials and share their knowledge to them. Guardian is worried on corruption in completion of this mega project. Singapore is the least corrupted country where as India is the most corrupted one. Guardian expects that reputation of Singapore would loss if corruption involved in this project. Guardian warns the Singapore on natural risks in handling the project and hopes to overcome with its planning.
