Well, this step of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu is creating many speculations in the minds of political analysts. According to sources, Chandrababu Naidu has bought a land in the outskirts of Vijayawada.
It is learnt that Chandrababu has purchased four acres of land in Vijayawada that is near Poranki. It seems he has bought this land for many purposes like constructing party office, residence and other offices required.
It seems the land Babu bought is in the centre of the city that is between Autonagar and Enikepadu. Not only this but the land is very much near to the huge parking lot of TDP's MLA, Kesineni Nani travel buses. However, in this area 1 acre of land is costing 3 crores.
There is no information about when Babu or NTR Trust Bhavan purchased it! However, the work may be starting very soon claimed few sources. So, what do you think? Is Naidu signalling the heart of the city to be there?
